Carousel ring gear and pinion replacement — Burwood

The problem
Worn ring gear and pinion teeth stopped the bin carousel rotating.
What CALM did
We replaced the ring gear and pinion, then adjusted the limit switch so the carousel stopped at the correct bin position.
The result
The repaired drive was tested and the carousel returned to operation as designed. This was a drive repair, not replacement of the whole carousel.
