FAQ
What does the cleaning service cover?
Cleaning covers chute interior, doors, hopper and associated waste equipment. Photo reports ready within 24 hours of service. Available on request and emailed with your invoice.
How often should chutes be cleaned?
The right schedule depends on usage, build-up and your building’s conditions. Tell us how many levels the chute serves, when it was last cleaned and any recurring issues so we can discuss a suitable program.
What if we have recurring blockages?
Recurring blockages need assessment. Keep a record of where and when they occur and what material is involved. We can discuss equipment condition, waste disposal practices and whether a restrictor plate may suit the building.
Does cleaning solve bin-room odours?
Cleaning addresses build-up in the agreed service areas. If smells persist, we can discuss bin-room odour control alongside your cleaning, waste collection and equipment-care arrangements.
Can you provide compliance and insurance documents?
Yes, all insurance documents and safety reports are available on request.
