The problem

Cleaners were struggling to access chute hopper blockages safely.

We installed a lockable hopper access panel and two new rubber guards.

Authorised staff gained controlled maintenance access, reducing reliance on external call-outs for suitable blockages.

Appropriate training and equipment isolation are required; some blockages still need specialist attendance.
