The problem

Older chute doors needed repairs ahead of the client's fire certification assessment. Other providers had proposed replacing all chute doors.

What CALM did

We sourced replacement components and repaired 24 chute door locations across three blocks, including struts, handles, latches and hinge-related repairs.

The result

The existing doors were retained and wholesale replacement was avoided.
